Torpedo Wharf is a rising rock band from the Bay Area with a distinct sound and a fast-growing local following. As they began booking shows and preparing to release original music, they needed more than just social pages — they needed a professional, scalable digital presence to help them look serious, connect with fans, and grow their audience.

At the time, they had no infrastructure in place: no website, no mailing list, no merch platform, and no digital ecosystem for promoting shows or managing their online identity. GSM partnered with Torpedo Wharf to lay a rock-solid foundation for their digital future.

We designed and launched a custom band website that matched their vibe and made it easy for fans to explore their music, learn about upcoming shows, and sign up for updates. A mailing list opt-in was placed strategically to begin growing their fanbase from day one with tools the band could easily use themselves to promote new releases and performances.

On the technical side, we handled Google Workspace setup to create professional email accounts and collaborative tools, and built out Eventbrite integration to support ticketing and event promotion. We also helped them prepare for upcoming streaming platform distribution, setting the stage for a unified music launch.

All creative and technical work was done with scalability and ease-of-use in mind, giving the band tools they can manage and grow with no bloated tools or locked systems. Torpedo Wharf’s new site is clean, modern, and unmistakably theirs, with a narrative, aesthetic, and functionality that fits their brand and ambitions. Their audience now has a central hub to find show details, follow their journey, watch videos, and join their mailing list ahead of their first official releases.
